Yosemite is an original lino print capturing the moment when the setting sun hits the granite cliffs of the national park and the landscape begins to glow.
This four-colour reduction print focuses on light, surface, and atmosphere, depicting that brief shift in colour as the sun drops and the rock face shines. Built up layer by layer, the print aims to convey both the scale and stillness of the scene, drawing attention to the quiet drama of the changing light.
Printed by hand using water-based inks for their sustainable qualities and vibrant colour, each print is hand burnished and pulled onto Fabriano 200gsm eco paper with a soft white finish. As with all reduction prints, slight variations in colour and placement occur during the printing process, making every piece unique.

Meet the self-proclaimed, scantily clad printmaker, Elizabeth Hall, more commonly known as Liz. With a robust background of over 15 years in digital product design, she has recently returned to the basics, embracing the tactile joy of getting her hands dirty—or rather, inky.
Liz has rekindled her passion for fine art, diving into the world of relief printing and exploring the traditional technique of linocut. This approach, a stark departure from the precision of her digital work, allows her to celebrate the unique imperfections that arise during the printing process.
